The Service Operations Analyst will ensure efficiency, cost containment, and customer satisfaction.Essential ResponsibilitiesManage the scheduling of maintenance and contractual requirementsSupport the team in tracking safety protocols including monthly minutes, accident filing, and coordinating follow up on safety testing requirementsEnsure that material and labor cost align with monthly targetsManage customer billing to include tracking sales/margin and assist in inventory review and cleanupReport on performance to estimate on elevator repairs and distribute to appropriate parties as neededEnter and open purchase orders, track error status and accrual clean up, and resolve vendor issuesPerform iPhone Application system data managementOrganize warehouse audits, inventory, and shippingSupervise freight deliveries and schedule daily truck driver deliveriesManage a high number of warehouse products including, but not limited to, parts related to hoisting and riggingCommunicate effectively with service operations managers, open order/repair managers and service managersEnsure execution of assigned projects is completed on schedule, within budget, and meets all technical & safety standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and customer expectationsEducation / CertificationsBachelor’s degree or related technical program, is requiredBasic QualificationsAbility to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environmentCandidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customersNeed to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilitiesSuccessful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software.Strong leadership skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skillsOtis is the world’s largest elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation and service business.
