You will play a key role to define and deliver on the short and long term Accounts Receivable strategies for Bell Business Markets, including defining requirements for process and system enhancements. We are looking for a candidate with an aptitude to create business impacts using data-driven analytics. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to identify and work with our BI team to implement the latest practices in data analytics to drive operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities- Lead / assist continuous improvement activities relating to collections that drive improved timeliness, accuracy, compliance and discipline that will contribute to the goals and objectives of the department;- Support team with conflict resolution on aging accounts and help formulate collection strategies;- Assist with establishing targets for key metrics and effectively supporting the team to meet or exceed targets;- Develop business relationships with internal and external customers to minimize financial risk and facilitate dispute resolution;- Monitor collections performance according to quality and productivity standards;- Ensure collection policies are adhered to and updated accordingly;- Develop, manage, motivate and coach staff to fulfill departmental performance goals while also encouraging employee growth and engagement;- Work with internal partners in Business Intelligence and Transformation to drive data-driven business decisions related to AR strategies and tactics;- Participate and assist in the delivery of various Accounts Receivable initiatives as required.Critical Qualifications- 5+ years experience working in a collections environment managing a group of 10+;- Undergraduate or equivalent degree in Business or Finance or a Certified Credit designation (CCP) in Credit Management or an Accounting Designation (CPA or equivalent);- Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation skills) and ability to influence stakeholders;- Proven ability to deliver results in a large fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities;- Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Powerpoint;- English required: you will be required to interact with Frenchamp; English speaking stakeholders across Canada.#EmployeeReferralProgramAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional Information:Position Type: ManagementJob Status: Regular - Full TimeJob Location: Canada : Quebec : Montreal || Canada : New Brunswick : Bathurst || Canada : New Brunswick : Moncton || Canada : Nova Scotia : Halifax || Canada : Ontario : Mississauga || Canada : Ontario : Ottawa || Canada : Ontario : Toronto || Canada : Quebec : Quebec City || Canada : Quebec : VerdunWork Arrangement: HybridApplication Deadline: 10/05/2023For work arrangements that are#39;Hybrid #39;, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
