ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND PAY SUPERVISOR (1 PERMANENT POSITION)Service: Administrative servicesLocation: Rouyn-Noranda or LavalReference number: REQ22-075Under the supervision of the Finance Superintendant, and working in a dynamic environment that stands out for its friendly atmosphere and team spirit, you will supervise the team dedicated to payroll and accounts payable. Your main duties will be:
  • Ensure that invoices and payroll are processed within the prescribed delays and according to Raglan Mine’s procedures and policies.
  • Supervise employees assigned to accounts payable, time entry and payroll processing.
  • Prepare various reports and reconciliations.
  • Produce analyses and make recommendations.
Your profile:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration.
  • Experience in supervising staff.
  • A recognized accounting designation (asset).
  • Planning and organizational skills, attention to detail and initiative.
  • Bilingual (required).
What we offer:
  • Monday to Friday work schedule, equivalent to 37.5 hours per week.
  • Hybrid work mode, combining telecommuting and face-to-face work as needed.
  • Possibility of compressed work schedule to have one additional day off per 2 weeks (5-2-4-3).
  • The position is located in Rouyn-Noranda or in Laval.
