Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Director, Electricity to support and develop our presence in the Saguenay region, by actively participating in the implementation of our strategic plan for the region and overseeing the operations of the local office. This role represents a unique opportunity to play a key role in growing our business and building strong relationships with our high-potential customers.Primary responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians specialized in industrial electricity
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of the strategic plan for the Saguenay region.
  • Identify local business opportunities and maintain close relations with the firm #39;s various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in business development strategy to attract new clients and maximize opportunities with existing clients.
  • Supervise and manage industrial electrical projects, ensuring delivery within standards, deadlines and budgets, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new partnerships in the region.
  • Participate and represent the firm in business development activities, and in local socio-economic forums.
  • In addition to management duties, be responsible for project management, including the production of deliverables (reports, design, plans, specifications, technical expertise).
