Agent service à la clientèle Si vous aimez le service à la clientèle et travailler dans un environnement dynamique, ce poste est pour vous! Domfoam est à la recherche d’une personne énergétique pour combler un poste dans sa superbe équipe! Sous la responsabilité du directeur d’usine, cette personne devra prendre en charge le service à la clientèle. Elle utilisera ses compétences en matière de communication et d #39;organisation pour offrir un service exceptionnel aux clients. Tâches:

  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques.
  • Faire le suivi des courriels.
  • Assurer le suivi du statut des commandes.
  • Assurer la rétention de la clientèle
  • Faciliter la communication entre la production et le département d’expédition.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe du service à la clientèle
  • Autres tâches connexes.
Qualifications:
  • Compétences en informatique.
  • Français et anglais parlé et écrit.
  • 1 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle en milieu manufacturier ou en entrepôt.
  • Être axé sur la qualité et la satisfaction du client.

Domfoam is looking for a lively individual to join our fabulous team. Reporting to the Production Director, this individual will be responsible for customer service. They will utilize their communication and organizational skills to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Tasks:
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Following up on emails.
  • Creating production reports.
  • Verifying the status of orders.
  • Ensuring client retention.
  • Facilitating communication between the production and shipping departments.
  • Other related tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Computer skills.
  • Frenchamp; English spoken and written.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
