Your challenges will look like:
  • Be responsible for the process of closing the monthly and annual accounting cycle;
  • Validate standard costs;
  • Assist and coordinate the budget process of revising the annual production, labor, variable cost and fixed costs standards for the plant in collaboration with the management team;
  • Track the various indices and performance measures of production;
  • Supervise, support and coordinate the activities of the Inventory Clerk and Payroll Coordinator. Participe to the keeping of monthly inventory statements;
  • Analyze the expenses of the different projects.
What we are looking for in our future Assistant Controller:
  • Hold a BACHELORs degree in accounting;
  • Good problem-solving skills and analytical skills;
  • Experience in supervision and manufacturing;
  • Experience with the SAP system and in the creation and revision of standard costs.
  • Fluency in English both orally and in writing;
