This substantial growth positions us favorably to continue our upward trajectory and further expand our operations.Position Overview:As a Commercial Business Development Manager Quebec, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key client relationships at a provincial level. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a dynamic position that requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to account management.Requirements

  • What you’ll do here:
  • Set and monitor sales targets for the account managers.
  • Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met.
  • Identify and attract prospective strategic customers.
  • Ensure brand consistency.
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
  • Liaise with Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products.
  • Stay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics.
  • Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • What you bring to the table:
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager.
  • Solid experience in sales and customer service.
  • Experience in negotiating and meeting client’s requirements.
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members.
  • Team player with superior collaboration abilities.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
