Job DescriptionReporting to the senior financial analyst, the Credit and Collection Clerk will perform all activities related to the collection of all customers under his responsibility. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and a great communicator. This role will give you the opportunity to start your career in the Credit and Collection’s team and to transition into the Accounts Payables team. In this role you will get a chance to work with a team of dynamic, knowledgeable and experienced professionals.
  • Prepare the deposit on a daily basis;
  • Record the daily deposits and apply payments in the ERP system;
  • Report any short payments or payment issues;
  • Support the customer service department with any customer accounts on hold or any credit limit issues;
  • Proceed to the opening of new customer in the accounting system;
  • Assist with the yearly audit and the year-end task
  • Filling documents;
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • DEC in administration or equivalent;
  • Credit and collection experience would be considered an asset;
  • Bilingualism, written and spoken;
  • Fast learner, thoroughness and attention to detail;
  • Good communicator;
  • Organization and structure;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Outlook and Word);
  • Experience with an ERP system an asset.
