This substantial growth positions us favorably to continue our upward trajectory and further expand our operations.About the roleJoin ANDY Transport as a Customs Coordinator, where you #39;ll nurture strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the seamless delivery of logistics solutions. As the main contact for specific accounts, collaborate with internal teams, optimize transportation plans, and contribute to achieving division targets. Your role involves daily customer communication, prompt issue resolution, and proactive customer satisfaction efforts. Be a key player in our dynamic and collaborative environment, making a meaningful impact in logistics service excellence.What you’ll do here:

  • Responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant movement of goods across international borders.
  • Preparing and managing customs documentation, coordinating with customs authorities, and working closely with drivers and operations teams to facilitate timely customs clearance.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, leverage technology to streamline processes, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the company #39;s cross-border operations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to customs processes, including delays, fines, and non-compliance.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans for unexpected customs-related issues.
  • Generate regular reports on customs activities, compliance rates, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze customs data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information regarding customs clearance.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns related to customs processes in a professional and efficient manner.
  • All order entry requirements completed in TMW in a timely fashion, creating no delays in operations and the customer experience
RequirementsWhat you bring to the table:Proven experience in client support or account management in transportation.· Excellent communication in English and French, both verbal and written.· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.· Strong negotiation abilities for contract agreements and rate discussions, technical proficiency (Word, excel, Outlook, CRM, and TMS)· A self-starter with the drive to exceed targets and contribute to the company #39;s growth.BenefitsWhat we offerWorking here means you #39;ll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
