In this role you will learn to develop your leadership skills and the fundamentals of digital publishing by collaborating with seasoned professionals to grow digital assets within our portfolios. You will collaborate with cross-functional to develop and execute strategies that enhance the performance and profitability of our digital media properties.What you will be doing:

  • Manage a P amp;L up to the gross profit level, focusing on revenue growth and cost optimization within assigned portfolios.
  • Allocate investment budgets strategically to enhance digital publishing operations and drive growth initiatives.
  • Ability to develop an understanding of content creation and search engine optimization (SEO) to lead and optimize specific initiatives effectively.
  • Evaluate website performance and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic enhancements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of content experts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Review and streamline content processes to maximize traffic growth and audience engagement.
  • Enhance publisher brand equity through strategic multimedia investments such as video, images, newsletters, podcasts, and high-quality articles.
  • Provide insights and guidance on optimizing social media strategies for increased engagement and audience reach.
  • Operate within a fast-paced environment, meeting goals and objectives within tight deadlines.
  • Deliver regular progress reports to management, highlighting successes and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies (e.g., AI), and best practices to maintain competitive advantage within the publishing vertical.
