Role and ResponsibilitiesTechnician specialist - Printed Circuit Board DepartmentAre you passionate about your field Are you looking for a work environment where you can meet challenges, innovate, use state-of-the-art tools and collaborate with experts from various sectors Would you like to join a world-class company that is a leader in its field and whose projects you would be proud to contribute to Come be part of our team and share your passion with us!The role we are offering you:As a technician , electromechanical department, you will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting the electromechanical equipment of our training devices.- You will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting CAE simulated aircraft devices including purchased equipment that is used in our simulators (avionics panels and controls, avionics racks, etc.)- You #39;ll ensure that the equipment complies with company standards.- You #39;ll ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the specifications, technical drawings, manuals, policies and procedures, quality standards.- In order to resolve technical issues, you will have to interact, communicate and collaborate with different groups: fitters, other technicians, electrical or mechanical engineering.- You will write test reports.Our ideal candidate has:- DEC in electronics, electromechanics or any related position.- Technical diploma, in aviation or electronics or equivalent relevant experience.- Good understanding of computer/simulator architecture - particularly the relationships between different elements of the system.- Ability to navigate software to develop, troubleshoot, and test.- Very good troubleshooting skills and knowledge of the use of electronic test equipment.- Knowledge of programming.- Highly organized, good time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.- Good verbal and written communication in French and English.- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and collaborate.- Mastery of the Office Suite.- Work experience at CAE, an asset.CAE offers:- An environment where your initiatives will be recognized and valued.- The opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a multidisciplinary team.- A flexible schedule.- Possibility of telework.- Attractive benefits.Come share your passion with us!With more than 13,000 employees in 40 countries, CAE is a world leader in training in the fields of civil aviation, defense and security, and healthcare.
