Job Description

The health products clerk is mainly responsible of the orthopedic, natural and off-the-counter products. Furthermore, he must be available to offer good customer service and being capable of precisely identifying customers’ needs .His grand knowledge of specialized products, which he works with, should enable him to answer proactively to customer’s demands within the legal limits of his role. He/She could be asked to perform others required tasks.Some duties of the health products section clerk are:

  • Offers an exemplary costumer service
  • Makes sure to maintain an updated knowledge regarding the specialized products of his department
  • Manages department inventory
  • Fills the shelves of his department
