Ask us what we do, and we’ll tell you: “We live to create inspiring artscapes.” We are seeking a talented and organized Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team at Techo-Bloc. The Marketing Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in assisting the Marketing Director to stay organized by managing administrative tasks, helping with the coordination of executive-level projects and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Keep the Marketing Director’s calendar up to date, including planning her schedule, adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings;
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing communications from the Marketing Director, including emails, phone calls, reports, internal correspondence, and prioritize the response and keep the Marketing Director informed;
  • Help with the project management side of executive level projects: fill important documents, meeting notes, follow-ups, tasksamp; milestones creation, presentations, reporting, etc.;
  • Act as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers;
  • Conduct research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive;
  • Keep important information and documents organized physically, and electronically;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive.
