Job Description

Role and ResponsibilitiesAre you looking for a work environment where you can innovate, reach greater heights and collaborate with experts from a wide range of sectors You want to join a world class company and industry leader with projects to which you would be proud to contribute Come share your passion with us!The role we are offering you:· Work with Project Managers and other stakeholders to define complex Project/Program schedules, determine critical paths, constraints, and perform scenario-based analysis of schedules.· Set up Cost and Schedule baseline· Define and maintain project WBS· Work as the PMO expert reference on project planning· Coordinate Schedule Review Meeting for agreed on Project execution plan· Monitors project progress vis-à-vis the plan, analyze information to define problems, formulate recommendations and makes the appropriate changes· Develop schedules as part of a proposal in concert with standard planning practices (i.e. use of predecessors, successors, durations, calendars, constraints, leads, lags)· Maintain up to date Should Schedule align with Should Cost· Act as Planisware SMEProject Authorization:· Upload, distribute and balance the Project Budget to the appropriate cost centers and profile the costs over the project duration· Define and establish complex project and interdependent global program schedules· Optimize the scheduling interdependencies and critical paths of Project/Programs.Support Bids and proposals group· Develop schedules as part of a proposal with customers #39; requirements· Develop best scenarios for program delivery with recommendationsSupport PMO processes and continuous improvement initiatives· Support the S amp;OP process· Recommend / implement improvements of both policies and procedures relative to planning and project authorization· Be a reference for the PMO (SME) for planning tools and techniquesQualifications· College or university degree in management or in a technical specialization.· Project management certification, asset.· Minimum of five years experience - equivalent combination related to project planning and control.· Good Troubleshooting skills· Good organizational skills.· Accuracy and precision.· Good interpersonal skills, diplomatic· Good communication skills (written and spoken).· Ability to manage one #39;s time and multiple projects with tight deadlines.· Program management, MS Project and ERP environment experience an asset.· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimum guidance and supervision.· Bilingualism in both French and English is required.#LI-CG1Position TypeRegularCAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
