Job Description

Job DescriptionDay shift, but must be available one evening per week.Reporting to the quality supervisor, the technician ensures constant monitoring of the quality of our products. He will also be highly involved in the development, implementation and monitoring of the various quality processes. He will also be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Ensure an active presence on the production sites;
  • Know the quality system in place and maintain the quality system;
  • Apply quality assurance procedures at all levels of the production line;
  • Ensure effective treatment of non-conformities, from the identification of causes to the deployment of corrective actions;
  • Use measuring equipment and laboratory equipment;
  • Ensure that measuring equipment and devices are calibrated and compliant;
  • Sample raw materials such as agregates and ciment;
  • Cut concrete blocks into coupons for testing;
  • Participate in the optimization and processes’ continuous improvement;
  • Develop and complete various reports related to quality activities, ensuring compilation in the computer system and transmission of results;
  • Participate in the development and updating of technical documents;
  • Achieve quality objectives;
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned.
