The ideal candidate is a recruiter at heart that demonstrates a strong understanding of digital recruitment strategies with a human touch. The TA Manager will lead a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition Specialists located in Canada and the USA.You’ll expand your career development by being part of a « sky’s the limit » culture driven by collaboration, out of the box thinking and data driven decisions. If you are a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader that's excited about building something awesome, this opportunity is for you!Work closely with the CSO to understand business strategies across the company and align with recruitment efforts;Develop a clear talent acquisition roadmap;Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting top talent for corporate and production roles;Recommend enhancements to our careers page, job boards and social media platforms;Identify opportunities to promote the employer and work with our inhouse marketing team to bring ideas to life;Build a pipeline of promising candidates and maintain regular contact for future opportunities;Cultivate a supportive, collaborative and highly effective team of TA specialists;Gain and maintain market and competitive intelligence;Manage the full cycle recruitment process (creating job postings, drafting and updating job descriptions, conducting internal intake meetings, screening candidates, conducting interviews);Manage a fast, efficient selection process, and successfully close new hires while developing solid relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, HR Business Partners and candidates;Ensure standardized processes, policies and templates are utilized;Propose and implement creative methods to increase the quality and number of applicants, including new sources for active and passive candidates;Train and coach hiring managers on interview techniques and make recommendations on candidate selection;Work closely with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against well-defined criteria;Develop and track key indicators designed to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process;Promote a great candidate experience.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years experience in a recruiting role in a fast-paced environment.1+ years experience leading a team.Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.Good analytical skills, using performance data to optimize current campaigns and identify new opportunities.Excellent client relation, interpersonal and selling skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.Proven planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships and influence.High level of comfort around web technologies.
