Job DescriptionMore Than Just an Opportunity:2022 is a big year for our Digital Marketing Department. We have shared success, learned from challenges, and we want to bring the team & our work to the level this year. Which is why we are expanding our department.The Website Manager will play an important role in our department. You will own and lead our website development, from keeping a healthy web structure to improving overall site experience. The web experience you deliver to our audience is where the “online business growth magic” happens.This is a perfect timing to take a fresh start, as you will become part of our core marketing strategy, use your experience & knowledge to take YOUR CHANCE TO SHINE.Your Day-to-Day that Matters:
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organizations website.
  • Source of reference for website related requests and troubleshoot website issues.
  • Work with internal & external contacts on website projects and oversee their progress.
  • Guide and mentor web designers and web programmers.
  • Offer trainings & technical support to other teams.
  • Documentation on web project related processes.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
  • Collaborate with digital team members in optimizing technical SEO, site optimization, UX/UI, etc.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
  • Ecommerce merchandising: Organizing and enhancing product data to assist customers in understanding the difference between various products and choosing recommended products.
QualificationsYou Are:
  • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer/website manager
  • Mandatory In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Excellent knowledge of WordPress, web concepts, architecture, accessibility, web tools, and languages
  • Experience with BigCommerce or ROC is a big asset
  • Results-oriented in-depth knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and In-depth knowledge of CMS, DAM, and other web asset management systems
  • Relevant experience/knowledge: integration, UX, UI, CX, web design, etc.
  • Familiar with digital marketing source platforms such as Google Analytics
