Job Description

Commercial Properties Limited has been developing and managing properties in Eastern Canada for over fifty years. We offer high quality premises, great locations, and focus strongly on tenant service. Our specialties include professional offices as well as industrial and retail real estate. We have completed a number of exciting projects over the recent past that we feel have made a difference in the communities we serve.We are currently recruiting for a Business Operations Specialist to join our Property Management group at the Head Office location in Saint John, NB. The essential activities of the position include, but are not limited to:Providing support for the following:

  • The planning, organizing, and coordinating of functions relating to the operation of the business, such as emergency preparedness and sustainability.
  • Tracking and reporting on operational performance measures, and maintaining policy and procedure documentation
  • Digital marketing activities, updating website and social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  • Supporting implementation and use of information and operational technology systems, devices and processes.
This position reports to the Manager of Sustainability and Business Operations and the successful candidate will require the right blend of education and experience. We are interested in hearing from those with 1-3 years #39; experience in a research, administration, or systems support position in addition to a Diploma in a related discipline. The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities:

  • Analytical thinker, with knowledge of data collection and analysis

  • Proficient with social platforms, analytics, and content creation
