Learn more at www.xerox.com and explore our commitment to diversity and inclusion.Xerox Digital SalesPosition: Client Manager, Enterprise Major AccountsLocation: Saint John, NBThe Xerox Digital Sales (XDS) Client Manager will provide account management, client relationship management, sales expertise and sales support for Enterprise Major Account(s). The XDS Client Manager will be expected to work in partnership with the field sales teams to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy and direction for the account(s). The XDS Client Manager will market, close and support sales cycles for all solutions; hardware and services where appropriate. This will involve initiating and maintaining telephone sales oriented activities with both new and existing clients. This position will focus on both short term sales activity within an account, as well as developing and implementing a longer-term strategy to ensure Xerox will retain the account and also continue to provide customer value and obtain future business.Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales revenue, gross profit, and activity targets
  • Provide existing account coverage and development of new revenue generating opportunities
  • Execute and drive retention, growth, and other account strategies
  • Provide monthly forecasts and account related reporting to Sale Manager and Account Teams
  • Enable contract governance and account revenue growth
  • Become a part of the customer and account team, fostering a greater partnership in delivering services and solutions to meet business needs
  • Meet Xerox Customer Satisfaction goals by effectively engaging the right internal resources to rectify customer issues in a timely manner
  • Understand and aggressively pursue the customer requirements and operations.
  • Provide thought leadership in new services, solutions, and Xerox innovation
  • 100% Accuracy of CRM (update all sales related activity real time)
  • Pursue learning to ensure that sales efforts provide value to the customer and Xerox
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record for consistently achieving sales revenue targets
  • Resourceful and Self-Starter, demonstrated proactive initiative taking is a must
  • Tenacious; asks questions to understand customer requirements and enable process improvement
  • Strategic thinking; planning and execution of document management solutions
  • Critical thinking; risk taker
  • Customer driven approach as well as key listening skills required
