We have full-time opportunities on our Global Account Services Team for Rapid Response Sales Support Coordinators at our Saint John, NB Corporate Office. We welcome you to a role that offers the opportunity to work with an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise. Currently our teams have the opportunity to work together in our Saint John office and also to work from home with company provided equipment.Our Global Account Services Team Members work with global clients in multiple segments by coordinating group/transient hotel bookings from key global accounts via telephone and email. The Rapid Response Sales Support Coordinator will provide crucial assistance to Wyndham #39;s sales team and customers, helping enable revenue growth while gaining exposure across all aspects of the end-to-end sales process. The primary responsibilities include supporting sellers by handling activities across the sales process as well as across multiple opportunities. Sales Coordinators support existing customers by addressing inbound requests by processing bookings. In this role you will work with global clients in multiple segments with a prime focus on Infrastructure, Extended Stay, CAT Events, and Projects/Crew Segments.Reporting to the Global Account Services Supervisor you will be empowered to demonstrate your proven one (1) year of solid customer service and sales experience. Your established computer navigation skills including outlook email, internet research, and multitasking using various screens and applications will enhance your success in an energetic and rewarding environment.
