As a Customer Support and Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the compliance and performance of the Wholesale and Specialty Customer Support, Pricing and Contract Administration team. You will be responsible for setting up and correctly maintaining and administering JD Edwards accounts and terminal setups across all business lines. Your goal will be to deliver quality customer support including issue resolution, root cause analysis and account setup for Irving Oil Commercial customers and stakeholders. Your success will depend on your ability to connect with internal stakeholders to analyze and resolve customer issues and provide high quality service to our customers.What We Offer:
