Job Description

As a Customer Support and Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the compliance and performance of the Wholesale and Specialty Customer Support, Pricing and Contract Administration team. You will be responsible for setting up and correctly maintaining and administering JD Edwards accounts and terminal setups across all business lines. Your goal will be to deliver quality customer support including issue resolution, root cause analysis and account setup for Irving Oil Commercial customers and stakeholders. Your success will depend on your ability to connect with internal stakeholders to analyze and resolve customer issues and provide high quality service to our customers.What We Offer:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop, document, map, manage and execute Pricing and Customer Support activities and processes.
  • Create and maintain relevant pricing administration processes, policies, and procedures with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for the design and execution of exceptional customer support and issue resolution for Wholesale, Specialty, and Supply and Trading customers.
  • Design and implement the strategic direction of the Price Administration and Customer Support teams ensuring alignment with the Wholesale and Specialty Sales teams growth strategy using a one company approach.
  • Ensure Compliance to pricing regulations and corporate requirements.
  • Proactively engages and develops relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, ensure key pricingamp; customer support processes are working effectively.
  • Creating an environment for continuous improvement by leveraging a corrective action and or preventative action approach by identifying opportunities while developing and executing on process improvements.
Your Skills:

  • High level customer service and interpersonal skills.
Your Experience:
  • Post-Secondary Education with a preference for business-related programs.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • 3-5 years in a team management role.
