Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, strong self-motivation, outgoing personality, results-driven attitude, and above-average attention to detail are essential. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering cutting-edge customer service. Knowledge of cutting tools and industrialamp; safety products will be viewed as an asset, as will having post-secondary education in Plumbing/HVAC or equivalent experience.What you #39;ll do:

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries in person, over phone, and via email
  • Preparing quotes, processing orders, sourcing product, and expediting
  • Supporting outside sales team to meet and exceed needs of customers
  • Providing excellent and quality customer service in person, over the phone and via email
  • Providing coverage in the store front as required
