Bringing together individuals with diverse backgrounds, talents, and expertise, our FSTs are vital to making our Company stronger.Your Opportunity:Our Stantec Procurement team is looking for an experienced IT Contract Coordinator to manage and maintain IT procurement agreements through their contract lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track Stantec #39;s IT procurement vendor contracts and related documents.
  • Provide support to director of procurement in managing and tracking other routine vendor contracts and related documents.
  • Subject matter expert of our contract tracking tools and process.
  • Develop new contract tools and contract management process efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding new contracts, contract renewals, and contract expirations.
  • Work with business center contacts for contract approvals.
  • Provide high levels of customer service to employees by reviewing new procurement contracts under $2 million and providing guidance.
  • Validate purchase orders against master contract to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and route expenditure requests through appropriate approvals.
  • Track rebates and service level agreement credits on a monthly/quarterly basis and create a quarterly report published to procurement leadership.
  • Support contract audit requests and other contract related inquiries as needed.
  • Provide advanced notice of contract expiration to our Procurement team.
QualificationsCapabilitiesamp; Qualifications:
  • 4 years of experience in contract administration.
  • Strong process management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented with passion for high customer satisfaction and achieving operational excellence.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff including senior management.
  • Works autonomously and as part of a team.
Educationamp; Experience:
  • 4 years of experience in contract administration.
  • Related degree or diploma is an asset
