Job Description

As a Loadbuilder You will dispatch and support transportation resources to build efficient and cost-effective loads. Your goal will be to utilize your strong time management and problem-solving skills, to optimize assets, resources and product utilization within established policies and procedures. Your success will be measured on your daily performance in executing committed deliveries while meeting internal and external customers #39; expectations.What We Offer:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Utilize technology to effectively gather and respond to requests for information for managers, drivers and customers
  • Take ownership and is accountable until a problem is resolved
  • Effectively apply knowledge and application of distribution policies and procedures
  • Make difficult and time sensitive decisions to support business objectives and customer needs
  • Build loads for trucks and reviewing driver completions
  • Bring forward any concerns to managers
  • Able to forecast seasonal demands and resources
  • Perform other duties as required to support the overall team
  • Produces outcomes that demonstrate an understanding of financial impacts
Your Skills:
  • Attention to detail, time management and strategic planning skills.
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment
  • Problem solving skills and strong analytical skills
  • Strong computer literacy
Your Experience:
  • Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience in a customer service environment required
  • 3-5 years related experience
