Job Description

Manager, End User ComputingLocation: Saint John, NBThe Manager, End User Computing, will work collaboratively with the IT Leadership team, business stakeholders across the organization and partners to lead and develop a team of experts to provide superior end user experience through delivered products and services that enables our businesses.This role will be responsible for product/service introduction, customer projects and incidents through executing the strategy, providing leadership and ongoing management for operational readiness and support.The successful candidate will work to deliver key business transformation initiatives as defined by the strategic plan while improving the reliability, predictability, and performance of the environment. The successful candidate will manage end user experience for a dynamic, fast growing business covering manufacturing, retail, transportation, natural resources, and consumer products.Your Focus:

  • Deliver a user experience that enables a simple, efficient, relevant and pleasant service
  • Support, develop and empower people and cultivate a high-performance team
  • Deliver on product and service introduction that is operational (monitored, trained, and supported)
  • Sponsor the delivery of projects, requirements, scope, prioritization, timeline and cost
  • Manage and prioritize the workload and deliver to commitments
  • Manage risks and vulnerabilities to ensure a secure environment
  • Manage to operating expenses and capital budgets
You Have:
  • Education Required: Bachelor #39;s degree
  • Years of Experience Required: 7+ Years of Management in Infrastructure, Operations, and IT Service Delivery
  • Experience in Complex IT Environments (preferably End User)
  • Experience Leading and Coaching Diverse Teams
  • Experience with Agile Development and Delivery, and SCRUM
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma)
