Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator you will support the execution of the Marketing plans for our Retail and Direct businesses in Ireland, playing a critical role in helping us achieve our business objectives. You will be responsible for moving projects forward, ensuring campaigns to support our lines of business are executed effectively. You will build relationships with our colleagues in Operations and become a trusted point of contact and resource for them within the Marketing team.What We Offer:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Carry out daily marketing activities, communications, and program logistics (build and deliver site communications, interact with vendor partners, etc.)
  • Work with internal and external partners in the planning process and delivery to ensure campaigns are executed on time and on budget
  • Manage the SMS and email schedules for Retail and Direct customer databases, ensuring communications are on point and on time for all campaigns and initiatives
  • Build and circulate reports to track in-market campaigns progress vs KPIs
Your Skills:
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to quickly build rapport and maintain relationships
  • Problem solving/decision making skills
  • Computer literacy, good organizational skills, strong analytical skills and good interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work well with others
Your Experience:
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field
