Job Description

Marketing Traffic Services Manager (Hybrid)As a Marketing Traffic Services Manager, you will ensure that the Creative Services Team runs effectively and efficiently and you will also ensure our Marketing Managers have the support required for day to day operations. Your goal will include managing, but is not limited to, creative brief trafficking, workload distribution, point of purchases, logistics, and signage standards. Your success will depend on your ability to understand workflow and creative processes to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.What We Offer:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily client brief submissions, timelines and allocate resources
  • Manage daily production levels of the design and events teams and review Project lead workloads weekly to ensure even distribution and that timelines are met
  • Identify and solution ongoing platform improvements, gain approval and ensure timely implementation to optimize workflow processes
  • Oversee the ongoing support meetings with our platform vendor, oversee ticket entry and timely solutions
  • Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly scorecard reportings to review team and client performance
  • Manage daily activities of the Traffic Service Team as they provide support to the Marketing and Creative Services managers and team members.
  • Support all activities assigned to the traffic services team to ensure they are meeting timelines and set expectations
Your Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid, multi-tasking environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills and the ability to form trusted relationships.
  • An ability to problem-solve and quickly pivot on a regular basis.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office
Your Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years #39; experience in a business setting is a requirement and 3+ plus years of marketing or project management experience preferred.
