LHR Global has different services that guide the candidate during every stage of the process.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FORWe #39;re looking for a Policyamp; Total Rewards Specialist to develop, communicate and administer total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, retirement, engagement and other work experience programs that are competitive and consistent with peer companies trends.REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor / Masters Degree in Business Administration, HR and equivalent.
  • Certified CIPD, SHRM - SCP or SPHR/GPHR
  • More than 20 years experience in core HR practices with minimum of 10 years experience in designing and implementing HR Policies and Total Rewards Programs.in Oilamp; Gas and Petrochemical Industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of benefits programs and experience working with external vendors.
  • Sound knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Computer literacy in windows office applications including project management.
  • Able to analyze and supporting the development, implementation, maintenance and administration of Total Rewards programs. Specific accountabilities include compensation analysis, survey participation, merit, incentive, benefit and RRSP administration.
      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
      • #39;Propose and verify compensation and benefits strategy to ensure that current and future HR requirements are met and aligned with HR strategy, business needs and Labor Laws.Oversees a company #39;s compensation plans and benefits packages to ensure that they are compliant with current legislation. They work closely with the human resources department to review and update existing policies, and ensure that the plans are effective and meeting the company #39;s needs.
      • #39;Lead the compensation and benefits strategy development, oversee its implementation, oversee the management of the company #39;s benefits plan and approve all compensation and benefits programs and processes in order to ensure competitiveness of company compensation and benefits offerings.
      • #39;Lead the development of benefits and compensation policies, liaise with department heads to identify their policy concerns and ensure that best practices and industry standards are reflected in the policies, in order to guide the sound management of compensation and benefits policies in the company.
      • #39; Specialist should put into place reward strategies and practices that are capable of attracting and retaining talented people that are key to the company #39;s success or future growth through offering benefits. By doing so, they can help reduce employee turnover, encourage innovation, and increase productivity. There are a number of different reward strategies that a Reward Consultant or Manager can implement to achieve these goals. Some popular options include: -Sponsoring employee events or initiatives -Offering employee discounts or other benefits on occasion -Development of employee programs and policies that focus on career development and productivity increase -Encouraging employees to use their skills in new ways.
      • #39;Participate in market surveys and analyze the company total reward scheme and salary data in order to support management decisions on compensation and benefits.
      • #39;Support Human Resources Awareness, should put into place reward strategies and practices that are capable of attracting and retaining talented people that are key to the company #39;s success or future growth through offering benefits.
      • #39;Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as designated by the immediate supervisor.

      1. 2. Interviews stage
      2.1 LHR Americas preliminary phone/video interview: A member of the Talent Acquisition team from LHR Americas will first schedule a call with you to discuss the details of the position, your interests, and qualifications. Furthermore, your English level will be evaluated at this stage, ONLY native or advanced speakers will approve this evaluation.If this preliminary phone/video interview is successful, your resume will be submitted to our client.If your preliminary phone/video interview is not successful our Talent Acquisition consultant will inform you.2.2 Client phone/video interview: This interview will happen only if your resume is approved by our client, we cannot guarantee the time our Client will take to approve your resume, but it should take less than a week.If your resume is approved a member of the Talent Acquisition Team from our client will schedule a call with you to evaluate your qualifications.The client interview contains technical questions that help assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field and may include a behavioral evaluation. Be prepared to explain how you approach problems and produce solutions.If your phone interview is successful, the hiring team will further evaluate your resume, and they will invite you to a video interview when hiring managers are available.If your resume is not approved, LHR Americas will inform you.2.3 Video interviews with hiring managers: which may also contain technical questions that help us assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field.3. Conditional OfferA successful interview may result in a conditional offer of employment.Conditions for employment include but are not limited to: medical examinations, and permission to secure a visa to work and reside in-country.
      1. Relocation process
      After your offer is accepted and all conditions for employment are met, you will be assigned a relocation advisor from LHR Americas. This advisor is your go-to resource for the transition, providing helpful advice on everything from when to give notice to your current employer to visa services.
