LHR Global recruit people around the world to work in Saudi Arabia.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in relevant field and a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience including successfully managing and delivering mega and/or super mega projectsDUTIESamp; RESPONSIBILITIES• Schedule regular meetings with the PS and the IPT members and log meeting minutes.• Deciding which deliverables are performed with the contractor• Determine discipline-specific design reviews based on any identified areas • Oversee and Approve the communication protocol with the contractor• Identify IPT membership and organizational requirements during the project and ensuring it follows their roles and responsibilities matrix and description. • Guiding the project scope definition, the technical design basis, and project planning and execution. • Establish clear stakeholder functional organizations interface plan for each phase to be aligned with team continuity and coherence. • Lead and direct project planning and execution efforts • Manage and maintain project objectives in line with the project targets and business case objectives while resolving disagreement among IPT members according to the established escalation process. • Ensure project readiness for project reviews by completing all applicable milestone deliverables with the necessary endorsement from the stakeholders or other departments within PRC• Manage and adhere to project milestones dates• Monitor variances and manage deviations from the agreed scope, cost, and schedule and obtain approval at appropriate level of authorization. • Ensure compliance to relevant procedures and standards and obtain a waiver if it is required according to the project specifications upon agreement with the main stakeholder. • Develop and maintain a control folder for deliverables and their subsequent updates/changes with traceability and version control. • Manage project specific deliverables and ensure the quality is consistent among all the deliverables and the functional organizations are aligned through the functional reviews, thereby endorsing the FEL deliverables as per the RAPID® Matrix. • Ensure conducting all required functional control activities to fulfill the project requirements, risk management, and mitigations. • Ensure the Mega Project Steering Committee is fully up to date on project status, fully support them, and be continually aligned with them on changes to project key attributes (scope, cost, schedule). • Ensure continuous project alignment with established primary target and supporting goals for the project as agreed with the Mega Project Steering Committee.REWARDSamp; BENEFITS OVERVIEW

1. 2. Interviews stage

2.1 LHR Americas preliminary phone/video interview: A member of the Talent Acquisition team from LHR Americas will first schedule a call with you to discuss the details of the position, your interests, and qualifications. Furthermore, your English level will be evaluated at this stage, ONLY native or advanced speakers will approve this evaluation.If this preliminary phone/video interview is successful, your resume will be submitted to our client.If your preliminary phone/video interview is not successful our Talent Acquisition consultant will inform you.2.2 Client phone/video interview: This interview will happen only if your resume is approved by our client, we cannot guarantee the time our Client will take to approve your resume, but it should take less than a week.If your resume is approved a member of the Talent Acquisition Team from our client will schedule a call with you to evaluate your qualifications.The client interview contains technical questions that help assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field and may include a behavioral evaluation. Be prepared to explain how you approach problems and produce solutions.If your phone interview is successful, the hiring team will further evaluate your resume, and they will invite you to a video interview when hiring managers are available.If your resume is not approved, LHR Americas will inform you.2.3 Video interviews with hiring managers: which may also contain technical questions that help us assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field.3. Conditional OfferA successful interview may result in a conditional offer of employment.Conditions for employment include but are not limited to: medical examinations, and permission to secure a visa to work and reside in-country.
