Reporting Analyst – Retail Division The Retail Division is a part of the JD Irving Limited group of companies. The retail division includes Kent Building Supplies, a large home improvement retailer with 49 locations in Atlantic Canada.Atlas Structural Systems , a manufacturer of pre-engineered structural systems with 10 locations, Chandler Sales with 7 very distinct divisions including sanitation, food services, apparel, communications, industrial and safety with 7 locations and Plasticraft, a digital printing company Key Responsibilities:Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI / Cognos Analytics/ TM1 to facilitate effective management of key business KPI’s and processesComplete enhancements to reports in management reporterImplement Microsoft D365 financial insights which includes predictive capabilitiesParticipate in design sessions and development of reports and visuals to proactively monitor or predict key business risksSpecial projects and ad-hoc analysis as required Successful Candidate will possess the following:Degree in Business/ Accounting/Finance or relevant work experienceStrong attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret dataAbility to learn new tasks quickly; demonstrate flexibility when presented with changeGood problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong communication skills, self-driven, motivated, brings value to every interaction.Data visualization experienceKnowledge of Power BI/ Tableau/ TM1/ Cognos Analytics considered an assetPlease apply online.
