We are in search of an experienced Training Specialist to join our Dynamics 365 ERP Implementation Team. This position will report to the ERP Program Manager and will be responsible for the development and execution of the ERP training strategy and training plan. This role is a term position that will remain in place for the duration of the multi-year program.Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the development and execution of the ERP training strategy and training plan.- Identify training needs by evaluating employees #39; system competencies.- Participate in the development of training material in coordination with work stream leads and subject matter experts.- Responsible for the planning and coordination of both pre-systems go-live training, and supplemental training.- Participation in the delivery of training material.- Assess training effectiveness and address identified training gaps.- Contribute to the Change Management PlanQualifications- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to develop impactful training content that aligns with program objectives.- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.- Proficiency in developing multimedia training materials.- Experience in conducting training needs assessments and gap analysis.- Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies.- Bachelor #39;s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years practical experience in designing and delivering training programs.Salary commensurate with experience which includes a competitive health and dental benefit package.The OpportunityThe role description is just one part of the story.
