We are looking for an upbeat and dynamic person to fill the position mentioned above for the beautiful 136-room resort located on the top of a mountain. Reporting to the Restaurant Director, the busboy sees to cleaning and clearing the tables in order to meet the customers needs
Job description
- Set up the dining room or bar
- Mount the tables according to the room plans
- Prepare water jugs, utensils, tablecloths, bread baskets
- Set up your workstation
- Have great customer service
- Clear plates after each service
- Fill the glasses with water, serve the coffee
- Serve bread and other items on the table
- Respond to customers specific requests throughout the service
- Dismantling the dining room or bar
- Load trays or trolleys to transport dishes and utensils
- Bring the dishes to the sink
- Reassemble the tables for the next service by relying on the room plan
- Basting utensils and wiping glasses
- Clean work equipment and store it
- Detect various problems and inform the person in charge
- Dispose of recycling, garbage and dirty tablecloths.
- Any other related tasks
