THE CENTRE FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION has the following anticipated vacancies for the WINTER 2023 Semester full-time AEC program Mobile Application Programming MAP-07 (AEC-LEA.CB) DAYTIME (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM) January 17, 2023 to June 5, 2023.TYPE OF CONTRACTS: CHARGE DE COURS (À LA LEÇON) (1-2.12)COURSE: 420-732-ABTITLE: Native Applications with Android 1HOURS: 60SECTION(S): one (1)DISCLAIMER: Courses to be delivered in an online or hybrid format until further notice.N.B. Contracts are contingent upon sufficient student enrollment in each course. Starting date, day/time and location for each course to be determined by the Centre for Continuing Education.COMPUTER SCIENCE (420) MOBILE APPLICATIONS DEVELOPMENT

  • Bachelors or equivalent * degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability in the development of mobile applications (Android and/or IOS) REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 3 years appropriate professional/industrial experience PREFERRED
  • Several years related teaching experience at the post-secondary level PREFERRED
  • Excellent English communication skills REQUIRED.
  • Equivalent establishes a general comparison between two official education systems
Note: In accordance with art. 4-4.04 of the Collective Agreement, the Selection Committee may, exceptionally, recommend to the College that pertinent additional professional and/or industrial experience be considered in lieu of the stated minimum educational requirement. Candidates to be considered under this option must have completed at least the equivalent of a DEC or AEC. Education superior to the stated minimum requirement may be substituted for professional/industrial experience at the discretion of the selection committee.Quick Apply
