THE CENTRE FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION has the following anticipated vacancies for the WINTER 2023 Semester for the DAYTIME– Network Administration AEC Daytime (NET-42) January 23, 2023 to May 19, 2023 (Monday to Friday 8:30-14:30).TYPE OF CONTRACTS: CHARGE DE COURS (À LA LEÇON) (1-2.12)COURSE: 420-EE4-AB*TITLE: Network SecurityHOURS: 60SECTION(S): one (1)N.B. Contracts are contingent upon sufficient student enrollment in each course. Starting date, day/time and location for each course to be determined by the Centre for Continuing Education.For Computer Science (420) Network Administration AEC

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent * degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years appropriate professional/industrial experience PREFERRED
  • Several years related teaching experience at the post-secondary level PREFERRED
  • Excellent English communication skills REQUIRED.
  • Equivalent establishes a general comparison between two official education systems
  • In addition to above:
420-EE4-AB: Microsoft Certification and/or Linux Certification REQUIREDDISCLAIMER: Courses will be offered in an online format until further notice. Candidates must be ready for online delivery of courses.Note: In accordance with art. 4-4.04 of the Collective Agreement, the Selection Committee may, exceptionally, recommend to the College that pertinent additional professional and/or industrial experience be considered in lieu of the stated minimum educational requirement. Candidates to be considered under this option must have completed at least the equivalent of a DEC or AEC.
