THE CENTRE FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION has the following anticipated vacancies for the FALL 2022 Semester – Network Administration AEC LEA.80 Daytime (Net-43) December 14, 2022 to January 31, 2023 (8:30-14:30).TYPE OF CONTRACTS: CHARGE DE COURS (À LA LEÇON) (1-2.12)COURSE: 420-E35-AB*TITLE: PC Work StationHOURS: 75SECTION(S): one (1)N.B. Contracts are contingent upon sufficient student enrollment in each course. Starting date, day/time and location for each course to be determined by the Centre for Continuing Education.For Computer Science (420): Network Administration

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent * degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years appropriate professional/industrial experience PREFERRED
  • Several years related teaching experience at the post-secondary level PREFERRED
  • Excellent English communication skills REQUIRED.
  • Equivalent establishes a general comparison between two official education systems
  • In addition to above:
CAI REQUIRED 420-E35-AB: Windows Client Certification REQUIRED and Windows Server Certification REQUIREDDISCLAIMER: These courses will be delivered in an online format. Candidates must be ready for online delivery of courses.Note: In accordance with art. 4-4.04 of the Collective Agreement, the Selection Committee may, exceptionally, recommend to the College that pertinent additional professional and/or industrial experience be considered in lieu of the stated minimum educational requirement. Candidates to be considered under this option must have completed at least the equivalent of a DEC or AEC.
