Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.As a Client Services Representative, you will provide support on operational inquiries and product information pertaining to Sun Life Global Investments funds. You will perform multiple activities to complete all aspects of advisors inquiries within standard guidelines, and will ensure that thorough records are maintained. You will ensure the delivery of a consistent high quality level of customer service experience in accordance with Sun Life Canadian Operations standards.What we offer:

What will you do
  • Provide best-in-class client service: Provide timely and accurate information to all incoming telephone inquiries regarding our wealth and financial products, by utilizing automated telephone systems, computer applications, training material and other applicable resources
  • Problem Solve: Assist our advisors, clients and Sales associates with addressing wealth and financial related inquires as well as resolving, or escalating issues, if necessary
  • Innovate: Provide clients with additional information on Sun Life’s products & services in support of their financial and health goals
  • Deliver Results: Ensure our clients have the right information
What do you need to succeed
  • A great attitude with the client at the heart of everything you do
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in the financial services industry
  • Sunlife will support you with the completion of at least with one of the following programs within 1 year of being hired: the Canadian Investment Fund Course (IFIC), Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Canadian Investment Funds Operations Course (CIFOC)
  • Proficient computer
Asset:
  • Bilingual (French-English) strong asset
  • Knowledge of Wealth and financial products is an asset, more specifically Mutual Funds and Segregated Fund product
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
