Come and join us!Want to be a digital trailblazer to impact energy efficiencyWe are looking for aDigital Media ManagerWhat you will doYour task is to drive SWEP towards the absolute forefront of digital brand & communication, and you will hover between being a digital trailblazer and a marketeer. You will be responsible for our website and adjacent digital marketing platforms and channels with the goal to consistently increase traffic, and conversion to leads, opportunities and orders. You will act both as specifier towards developers and collaborators and to many parts execute on design, content, maintenance and administration. You know how to create amazing user experiences on-line and can translate high-level requirements into interaction flows, functional design and content. You will own the design of relevant metrices that gives proof of good or bad, step in as a data analyst when required and play a critical part of SWEP’s brand & communication in digital media.Your capabilitiesSWEP has a strong entrepreneurial mindset; hence a lot of own responsibility is expected, paired with an appetite for risk, empowerment and creativity. To thrive in this environment, you need to be an action and goal oriented, determined and adaptable person. You are organized and can handle multiple projects in parallel. Communication skills, previous experience of working with different tasks on communicative UX design and technical side are favorably.Your background & experience

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or completion of a code immersion course focusing on web development technologies
• 3-5 years experience as a webmaster/web developer
• Visual design skills with sensitivity to UX interaction
• Experience with Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM
• Experience of eCom, CRM and social media
• Very good knowledge of English & Slovak language
• Preferably full stack web development experiences (common front-end frameworks and/or libraries and back-end frameworks/languages)
• 3rd party integration or web services integration
• Solid database/SQL knowledge and related tools
• Experience with cloud service providers (MS Azure, Google, etc.)
• Knowledge in marketing and project management
