Find more information at: kongsbergautomotive.comMaterial DisponentLocation:Vrable, SK, 95201Country/Region: SKAbout the positionDaily production support through providing optimal material supplies needed in order to meet daily customer requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage the entrusted area of global supply chain, in order to achieve defined KPI (finished products, unfinished products, subcontracted products, raw material, packaging) according to established labor regulations/guidelines.Ensure appropriate level of customer/supplier service through meeting requirements based on daily communication and supplier manuals.Utilize and monitor material planning procedures together with ensuring sufficient quality, delivery and costs with minimal warehouse investment.Direct contact with customers, suppliers, carriers, customer service and production to meet current and project customer requirements, provide material and optimal stocks levels. Build and maintain long-term good relationships.Carry out daily material planning in order to improve material management, logistics costs and material flow.Forecast daily/weekly/monthly sales requirements providing material based on the past data and current customer requirements.Identify and manage current and possible problems with material availability.Determine root cause/corrective actions for short-term and permanent solutions to problems with the supply of material.Propose and implement appropriate method of supply based on product characteristics, suppliers and requirements in order to optimize material availability and its supply time.Take part in the overall inventory check.RequirementsMinimum Education Requirements
