Your responsibilities as part of the ship’s intelligence gathering team will be to collect, process, analyze and report on sonar and oceanographic data using highly sophisticated equipment. You will compile and maintain comprehensive classified reports on the ship’s status and functioning, as well as on geographical, operational and tactical manoeuvres.Sonar Operators spend much of their career on board ships with “home ports in either Halifax, Nova Scotia, or Esquimalt, British Columbia.
