You will be responsible for carrying out improvement projects such as metallurgical testwork, process control improvements, and streamlining operational data collection analysis. Your duties will include daily operational data analysis, metallurgical accounting, and continuously improving process operations and process controls. You will foster innovation within the operations and technical teams and communicate recommendations to improve operational performance.
