Job DescriptionHow You’ll Make an Impact: In your new role as our Cook Supervisor (Red Seal) you will assist the General Manager in leading a kitchen team through the day to day meal preparation for our Long Term Care client site.This role will require you to work with a shift of Wednesday - Sunday (days).Your excellent communication skills will be required to speak with residents and our client regarding our food service, menu offerings as well as planning special meals for events.You will lead a strong safety culture and have a passion for teaching, coaching and mentoring your kitchen team.
