The Site Project Workforce Administrator provides leadership and guidance for all project contractors and holds overall responsibility for the training of all workforce administrators. The Workforce Administrator coordinates with Project Training and Information Construction Technology teams to ensure continuous and efficient onboarding of all site personnel.*Please note this position is not eligible for a relocation subsidy or living out allowance.Note: This role is a Monday to Friday (5/2) site rotation at the Jansen site in Leroy with transportation and accommodations provided.The ideal candidate will be local to the Saskatoon or local to the Jansen site area.Responsibilities:Champion the administration of Workforce Management on site, ensuring effective coordination and compliance of contractors.Manage governance and contractor compliance, troubleshoot and resolve time-sensitive issues efficiently.Collaborate with the IT department to ensure optimal functionality of systems as required for onboarding processes.Oversee contractor compliance in line with onboarding and travel booking requisites.Identify operational inefficiencies and propose viable solutions to streamline processes.Access necessary reports and provide leadership and guidance to contractor workforce administrators.Conduct training sessions for new contractor workforce administrators.Arrange accommodations for Integrated Project Teams (IPT).Support Parent companies #39; HR Home Office with new employee onboarding to the site.Assist Parent companies with the transition of Visitors/STSW to site, organizing transportation.Ensure all onboarding prerequisites are met 48 hours in advance for employees arriving on site.Initiate room bookings for incoming employees and manage accommodations using CIRYS.Approve Drugamp; Alcohol test results through CannAmm Occupational Testing Services.Serve as the point of contact for employees encountering gate access difficulties.Chair and coordinate Site and Contractor meetings as necessary.Minimum 5 to 10 years administrative experience working within the EPC or construction industry would be ideal preferably with large project execution experience.Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a time restricted environment.Ability to build and maintain strong trustworthy stakeholder relationships.Proficient in Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio (Intermediate – Advanced)Experience with SharePoint, Windows, Adobe with an Interest in Digital Delivery/Paperless Project would be preferable.Previous project experience with knowledge of technical vocabularies and terminology common to the position would be preferred, but not essential to the role.Our culture is guided by our Vision, Values and Covenants, these shape how we treat one another, our Clients, and how we achieve excellence.
