Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant at ITN Food for its Scarborough, Ontario location (McCowan and Sheppard Area), you will contribute to our team by:

  • Integration of Order Entries, amending if required, generating Invoices through ERP System
  • Daily Deliveries and Driver Scheduling
  • Scheduling and Dispatching of orders via Carriers
  • Coordinating orders with Sales Staff and Management
  • Supporting day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks for managers.
  • Ensuring appropriate document control and compliance through scanning, filing, composing, and editing documents and reports for the office.
  • Manage correspondence and information from customers.
  • Merchandizing Retail office area
  • Other duties as required.
Successful applicants will have/be:
  • Organized and methodical approach to work
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Experienced with order entry & invoicing systems using an Accounting/ERP packaging such as SAGE300, Simply Accounting, ACCPAC etc.
  • Hands on expertise in MS-Office application mainly Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • The ability to function well in a team environment.
  • English and other languages such as Punjabi/Gujarati/Hindi/Urdu speaking is an asset.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability
