Serpa Collision CentreBody Shop ManagerThe Serpa Collision Centre is looking to add to our experienced team, an experienced Body Shop Manager.The Serpa Certified Collision Repair Centre is eager to excel even further in the industry and since opening 5 years ago, we have executed many of our goals, such as becoming a Certified Collision Repair Centre and now certified with 5 leading manufacturers.Our sister dealership (Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT) is currently experiencing a very high volume of Service Work for both Client needs as well as internal and we need YOU in order to keep up with our incredibly high demand!We have recently been awarded and have become a CCRC (Certified Collision Repair Centre), with FCA, Hyundai, Genesis Nissan and Kia Motors, and we are not stopping there! We are in cue to become a CCRC for more brands and look forward to being able to ensure the highest quality work.We work and are accredited with all insurance companies, including AVIVA, TD, Armada, RSA, Wawanesa, and more!We feature cutting edge technology, up to date scan tools, special tools, and provide you the opportunity to work with a team that has been working together for many years. Our diagnostic/ various other equipment will provide you the ability to take on anything and everything!

  • Manage overall production of the body shop
  • SALARY AND BONUS STRUCTURE TO EARN GREATER THAN $120,000
  • Have relationships with insurance companies in order to bring in additional business
  • Familiar with body work warranty repairs such as rust warranty
  • Understand the high level of quality needed to operate as a CCRC
