Someone who has an appetite for learning, driving clarity among teams, and a passion for moving the world forward through the power of sport.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:If this is you, you’ll be collaborating with business partners and functions across the enterprise to facilitate Customs compliance and deliver support to the North America Trade and Customs (NATC) teams. Perform regular audits of import and export transactions and deliver root cause analysis and corrective actions. You will develop, update, and ensure compliance to the Canada Customs Compliance Manual and SOPs. Serve as lead expert on origin determination and marking for Nike NA while being the point person for compliance inquiries and audits. You will work directly with Nike’s Customs brokers and various supply chain partners on various aspects of internal audits.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:Teaming is an active sport. This role reports to the NA Customs Compliance Manager, NATC, within North America Trade and Transportation. The Canada Customs Specialist (Compliance) will collaborate with Customs Operations, Capabilities and NATC leadership. This role partners with Nike functions including Global Trade, Transportation, Technology, Enterprise Data and Analytics, Sourcing, Design, Development, Logistics, Finance, and others, as well as external Business Partners.WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the customs and international trade industry, including but not limited to: Canada import/export regulations, policy and procedure development, customs system automation tools, customs audit management, duty drawback, valuation and preferential trade programs
  • Experience working directly with Canada Customs and other government agencies
  • Current CCS / CTCS / other Customs certifications and designations or willingness to obtain
  • Required to sit / stand for long hours, must be able to prepare and conduct desk work, presentations and meetings
