InVision is a Professional Recruitment Firm specializing in Engineering, Industrial/Skilled Trades, Information Technology and Professional Services within Canada and the U.S. We have a successful track record working on both small and large recruitment projects, across North America.Our client, a leading manufacturing firm is currently looking for a Dispatcher to join their growing team.The Dispatcher works very closely with our Field Service Technicians, Customers, Tech Support, and Sales teams to provide excellent customer service.Responsibilities: · Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits· Process field service orders, service purchase orders, warranty claims, warranty returns, service requests using our current, multi-business system platforms (LN, FORM.com, and Power BI)· Process subcontractor’s invoices in a timely manner· Assists customers with equipment and field service-related problems and offers economic solutions· Assists with warranty returns and resolution by creating Warranty Return Authorization· Works closely with L1/L2 Technical Support, QA, Sales, Logistics in cross-functional teams· Helps create and maintain role-related workflows· Maintains weekly, monthly, and annual habits as scheduled· Maintain customer service relationships through customer phone support· Initiate Service Warranty claims for processing through the Armstrong service management system· Assist in the handling of the returned goods process· Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise databaseQualifications: · Candidates with post-secondary college-level business diploma or degree are desired· Three to five years of experience in a fast-paced service or customer service type environment is a necessity. HVAC experience would be an asset· Strong PC skills, especially Word, Excel are a must· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required· Ability to think clearly and logically, analyze and problem solve· English and French oral and written communication skills would be an asset· Creative problem-solving skills, conflict management within different organizations (centralized and matrix organizational structures)· Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear, well thought-out recommendations.· Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action.· Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and focus on results.· Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situationsEmployment Rewards:
