If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!OUR OPPORTUNITY:We are currently seeking a G-Class Driver operating out of our Scarborough location to join our team! This position is a full time permanent position. This position will work an estimated 40 hours/week, Tuesday to Friday starting at 5:00am.Reporting to the Fleet Supervisor , the main responsibilities will include:Attending work at the specified start time (varies from route to route)Counting all loose products, and using a manifest check counts and load truck in a neat orderly fashionEnsuring inner body liners are secured using chocks and hold downsConducting circle checks of the vehicleFueling vehicle at onsite pumpFollowing specific routes, matching invoices to product, deliver to all customers on the route & ensuring all invoices are signedEnsuring the delivery of magazines, books, fixtures, beer cases, kegs and other product in our warehouseKeeping truck secure while attending to customersUpon arrival at depot, unload truck, ensuring safety chains are up and assistance is used to pull off inner body linersMoving the inner body liners into return department ensuring they are tally taggedCleaning the interior of the truckOther duties as assignedWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:G-Class drivers license with clean drivers abstractAbility to accurately pick product as requiredBasic cash/ cheque handling and mathematical skillsWorking knowledge of Ontario vehicle rules and regulations, employee responsibilities regarding vehicles (inspections, checks, and maintenance), incident proceduresAbility to lift 140+ lbsExcellent attention to detailStrong work ethic and positive team attitudeAPPLYING:ProLogix welcomes your interest in the above opportunity.
