- 5 - 6 weeks of one on one trainingResponsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of an organization with approx. 18 employees, by overseeing the activities of manufacturing and customer service department
  • Ensure product quality control and timely delivery of manufactured goods
  • Prepare and maintain reports to keep management updated on the business progress and significant issues related to each department.
  • Other duties as required to maintain a smooth flow of work throughout the entire business.
Qualifications
  • Min 5 years management experience in growing small to medium size manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills appropriate for various levels including management, staff, vendors, customers.
