Job Description

Job descriptionResponsibilities / Job Duties

  • Conduct cycle counts/recounts when required and record data on appropriate forms, and/or systems. Complete continuous inventory audits.
  • Review production records and maintain live inventory log.
  • Act as a resource in reconciling inventory discrepancies. Make the necessary corrections to reflect accurate inventory values.
  • Review reconciliation with the appropriate supervisor and work together to determine the root cause and necessary corrective and preventive actions to ensure it does not repeat.
  • Receive, dispense and track cannabis excise stamps.
  • Prepare and receive cannabis shipments as necessary.
  • Special projects as needed including - inventory management.
  • Comply with the following Environmental, Cannabis Regulations, Health and Safety duties as a condition of employment.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience in inventory management and cycle counting using an ERP system.
  • Knowledge of how to interact and operate warehouse management systems, platforms and devices such as barcode scanners, label printers.
  • Knowledge of cycle count processes, inventory reconciliation and effective time management skills.
  • Works independently in a disciplined and focused manner.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Ability to pass a security clearance an asset.
