Position Summary...To provide exceptional customer service and assist the driver in loading, unloading, and delivering orders to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.What youll do...1. Help Driver deliver grocery - Dock to Door.2. Guide driver maneuver vehicle through tight spots, backing, parking, height clearance hurdles.3. Assists to Move Load & Unload from Vehicle, Clean & Maintain truck in-cab & box equipment, monitor truck when parked or attending delivery.4. Digitally dispense orders, Navigate, Contact customers to advise early / late arrival.5. Enhance On-time delivery, Enhances Cx and increase volumes.6. Greets customer upon arrival, provides digital explanation of substituted items.7.
